Baked Goods & Event Ticket Sales

Here are some important things you should know about your purchase:



Event tickets must be booked and paid in advance online.
Refunds are not available, but reservations may be transferred to another name if necessary.

Baked Goods

All sales are final, items must be picked up at the chosen time frame unless shipping is selected.
Shipped items are sent via USPS priority and there is 2-3 business days processing prior to shipping.

Here are some important things you should know about booking your stay with us:


Room Capacity

Each bedroom accommodates up two guests. Capacity may not be exceeded without approval prior to your arrival.

Age Requirement

All guests must be 18 years of age or older. Please inquire about children.

Check-In / Check-Out

Guests may check in between 3:00 pm. And 7:00 p.m. Please indicate your anticipated time of arrival when booking your stay. Check out is 11:00 a.m. Please contact us prior to booking to request late check-in or check-out.


Breakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. You may request breakfast-to-go at check-in.


For multiple day stays, we are happy to replace towels and toiletries upon request.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are in effect between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.


Pets are not permitted.


To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit for the entire stay is required when booking. This includes all selected packages and taxes. The balance will be due at check-in.


Room cancellations may be made one week (7 days) prior to scheduled arrival via email or phone. Your deposit will be refunded less a $30 processing fee. Reservation deposits will not be refunded if cancellations are made less than one week prior to arrival. No-shows will be charged for the full amount of their stay.


Room rates are subject to local and state taxes (6% Maryland sales tax and 5% Caroline County lodging tax).

Lost Key

A $50 lost-key charge will be assessed to the credit card on file if the room and/or house key are not returned at check-out.


Turnbridge Point is an entirely smoke-free property. No smoking, vaping, burning of candles, or incense is permitted. Violation of this policy will result in a $300 cleaning charge assessed to the credit card on file.

Damage / Missing Items / Excessive Cleaning

If rooms are damaged or left extremely dirty, a charge for replacement item(s) plus $50/hour labor fees will be charged to the credit card on file. This includes missing or damaged remotes, bedding, towels, robes, windows, TVs, appliances, fixtures, furniture, doors, lighting, mirrors, etc.
