“We booked one night at Turnbridge Point as part of a road trip through Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania on holiday from the UK. We were looking for an authentic small-town American experience and we certainly hit the jackpot with this gem.

Wonderful hospitality, beautiful house and garden, and first class catering with a unique breakfast to die for. A very comfortable and relaxing night’s stay in the Bryant Room.

“One of the coziest stays I’ve had anywhere. Steve and Rob are welcoming and gracious, the bed was perfect and the cozy parlor took the sting out of having to work when it would have been much more fun to relax. But what really put it over the top was the food. Spectacular. From the cookies on arrival to the kouign amann (try it!), Steve’s pastries would be reason enough to stay for a week. I can’t wait to go back with my wife for a leisure trip. Of course, it might be hard not to want to just sit inside to eat and chat all day long.”

“My wife and I have stayed in countless B&B’s, most of them very nice and a few excellent. Turnbridge Point, however, is at the top of my list of B&Bs. The location on the river is great – we can launch our kayaks from the Turnbridge’s back yard, which is beautiful in and of itself. The Bed part of the B&B, being the room, is charming, comfortable, elegant, spotless, and a wonderful place for just hanging out and relaxing. The Breakfast part of the B&B, is a five star affair. Chef Steve’s amazing breakfasts include frittatas, quiche, pastries, muffins, homemade granola, and, at times, Kouign Amanns. On top of all that, the owners, Chef Steve and Rob G., are gracious and friendly hosts. I very much look forward to my next visit.”

“My husband and I have stayed at many B&B’s and this was by far, one of the best! Loved the hosts, Rob and Steve. Beautiful historic home that was meticulously clean and well appointed. Breakfast to die for. Rob is an incredible pastry chef, and Steve a fantastic gardener. Felt so at home there. The property has a stunning view of the Choptank River. Had dinner at Harry’s and really enjoyed the drinks, food, and hospitality. Highly recommend staying here!”
